Privacy notice

How personal information may be collected, used, protected and shared when you use this website or contact the operator.

Controlled frontend draft · legal, identity and operational review required before production publication.

Operator and contact

This website is presented by Phone Guys Limited (company number 13747280). The shared legal, compliance and policy contact is [email protected].

The current legal, returns and fulfilment address is Cowran Estate, Pennington, Nr. Ulverston, Cumbria, LA12 0JW, UK.

Public identity

Phone Guys Limited is an active private limited company registered in England and Wales.

Information we may handle

  • Contact details, enquiry content, correspondence and records of actions taken to respond.
  • Account, customer, service, support and billing information where a separate customer relationship exists.
  • Technical, security and diagnostic information such as device, log, network and fraud-prevention data.
  • Cookie and similar-technology information where the relevant choice or legal basis permits it.
  • Self-hosted aggregate visit and performance measurement is configured for the Phone Guys site, but the current Phone Guys interface keeps it off until the visitor enables it; the visitor can later turn it off again.
  • Messages sent to the public Phone Guys Concierge, together with limited conversation context needed to continue that public exchange.
  • Telephone, communications, support and service information where Phone Guys receives, routes or manages the relevant service.
  • CCTV images, monitoring alerts, access records or incident information only where those services are supplied or managed under an agreed customer arrangement.

Why we use it

  • To provide the page, respond to requests, supply contracted services or fulfil an order.
  • To keep the website, accounts and systems secure, investigate incidents and prevent misuse.
  • To meet legal, accounting, tax, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.
  • For optional analytics, service improvement or marketing only where the required permission or another lawful basis exists.
  • To triage a public service question, route a request to an appropriate human contact and protect public and customer systems from misuse.

Phone Guys service boundaries

A Phone Guys customer relationship may involve service records, communications data, support history, equipment information, billing data, CCTV or monitoring information and authorised user details. The exact controller or processor role, access rules, retention period and response arrangement depend on the service and customer schedule.

The public Concierge is not a customer account, invoice or private support system. Do not put passwords, payment details, invoice references, exact addresses or other private account information into the public conversation.

Service providers and international use

Phone Guys may use hosting, communications, website-security, analytics and service-management providers. If AI assistance, CRM, billing, portal, CCTV or monitoring providers are activated, the final notice will identify them and explain their relevant role and safeguards.

Some providers or systems may process information outside the UK. Where required, the operator will use an approved transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Retention and your rights

Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, a continuing relationship, legal obligations, security evidence or the establishment and defence of claims. Backups and security records may take longer to cycle out.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, move your information, and withdraw consent. Contact [email protected]; you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Release note: Phone Guys publication is blocked until the deployed Concierge, analytics, communications, CCTV/monitoring, CRM, billing, portal and subprocessor arrangements are verified against the final notice.
