The role
Phone Guys needs someone who can identify worthwhile prospects, understand why a conversation could matter and open it professionally. This is a hands-on outbound role across business communications, connectivity, Wi-Fi, mobile and managed technology.
What you will own
- Research and prioritise suitable organisations and decision-makers, including work from Creditsafe-sourced B2B lead data.
- Run disciplined outbound activity across telephone, email and LinkedIn.
- Qualify genuine needs and hand over useful context rather than a bare appointment.
- Keep accurate records and learn which sectors, messages and routes produce worthwhile conversations.
What we need
- Evidence of outbound work you personally carried out and the results it produced.
- Clear spoken and written communication without overclaiming.
- The resilience to work consistently while protecting the reputation of Phone Guys.
- Comfort learning enough technical context to ask intelligent first questions.
Useful advantages
- Experience selling or generating opportunities for telecoms, IT, connectivity or managed services.
- Experience working across telephone, email and LinkedIn as one coordinated process.
- Knowledge of South Cumbria and surrounding business communities.
